Please quit pretending that making new laws will make criminals obey them.
Please quit implying that if I own a gun, I might be sort sort of weirdo.
Please quit connecting violence to inanimate objects rather than the people who commit the violence. Did pressure cookers and fertilizer cause the tragedies this past week?
Please quit using the death of innocent people to promote your personal agenda.
Please quit trying to take away the rights of law abiding people because of the actions of law breakers.
Just quit. Focus on enforcing the laws we do have in place. Focus on getting help for people who need help. Focus on helping those who have been harmed by criminals and evil-doers.
