Under Pressure

I've come to the conclusion that pressure is a motivator for me.  That might sound redundant, but over the last few days I haven't had any pressure to get anything done so I've had plenty of opportunity to catch up.  I haven't.  I've been pinning things and checking out Facebook and looking at ideas for Easter food and thinking about sending something to The Boy, but not really getting caught up.  Not really doing much at all.

Today, I have a meeting in an hour and a half and I just finished the prep work I need to do.  I still have an hour drive to get there and I just thought of two other things I need to get done. Today.  But I'm more enthused about getting them done.

Whatever it takes I guess.

Things I like about today:
1. My meeting is near IKEA.  yay!
2. I'm going to Powell's Books after that.  yay!
3. The Girl painted Clover's toenails again.  They're silver.  She's such a lady.

    1. It makes me feel like I'm crazy. Like I need the pressure to get anything done.

  3. You've inspired me to paint my puppy's toenails!! (He doesn't need to know this is a little unusual for a boy...just like his topknot....) :)
