We celebrated Girl's birthday Friday. Since Brown-Eyed Man was headed to Utah we took her to lunch so he could be part of some of the celebration. We don't have much for restaurants in our town. I think we have around 35 mexican places and two others. So we went to the better of the two.
Great lighting in there by the way. It doesn't help that I'm am one of the worst picture takers ever and I'm using my cell phone to do it.

After lunch we got Girl's friend to take a family picture...
Later, we had some girlfriends over for dinner and pumpkin cheesecake. Girl's favorite dessert. Mine too.
Then a few more girls came over and they all went dancing.
Saturday was Homecoming dress shopping. I thought it would take forever. We bought one at the second store we went to. The shoes were a little harder to find but we managed and I love love love her outfit. Will post pictures later when she's actually dressed for the dance, which we will miss as we'll be deer hunting.
We had a great lunch at the Wild Pear. Girl had a hot cocoa with a little heart in it!
And the highlight of the day? Seeing my husband after his trip to Utah? No. Shopping? No. Lunch? No. The Ducks beat the Washington State Cougars and now we're No. 2 in the country! Go Big Green!
