How to hold a really great wine party in nine easy steps.

1. Everyone brings a bottle of red wine and $5. 
2. Someone puts your bottle into a sack and labels it so you can't tell it's yours.  In our case it was El who wasn't able to drink this night.

3. Then everyone tastes each bottle and makes notes...

4. Take some pictures of you and your friends being sophisticated wine drinkers.

 5. After tasting about 23 bottles of wine, you start to get a little less sophisticated.  Just go with it though.  It will all work out.

6. Everyone votes for their favorite wine and usually one person wins.  This year we had a tie and they split the pot. 
7. Take some pictures of the people who didn't win, but still felt the need to pose with their bottles as if they did.

8. Then any traces of sophistication leave the party and you can start doing shots of rum and vodka, dancing like Elaine on Seinfeld and taking photos of people's clothing that you like.

9. Spend ALL DAY Sunday laying on the sofa, except for the brief trip you take to Dairy Queen to buy something greasy and fried which will surely make you feel better, but shockingly doesn't.  Repeat again next year.
