In addition to Dad and I, we had the two black labs, Belle & Clover. It was a 24 hour non-stop dog raslin' match going on in that trailer. They managed to stand still for this photo. But not for the next one:
Belle looks like one of those African people with the plates in their lips. Clover looks awesome as usual. We walked on leashes about twice a day and it was a giant pain in the neck, but a great workout. Of course we got the obligatory "Who's walkin' who? Hardy har har" about 45 times a day. Boy that one never gets old does it?
Here is a little hint in case you have a puppy who is doing well at crate training. DO NOT TAKE THEM ANYWHERE WITHOUT THE CRATE. I thought it would be too crowded. Holy cowbells that dog moves around a lot in the night. Of course, we're in a gun club parking lot and there are trailers and motor homes every ten feet so and most of the people there don't
Oh hey, there is someone over there now!
In other news, my head-hunter adventure has come to an end. I told them I was not interested in interviewing for the position. Was it the right decision? I have no idea. I just know I feel much better after making the decision.
Now I'm home and glad to sleep in my own bed. Actually glad to not start drinking beer at 2 p.m. and The Girl made chicken fajitas last night for supper so I was a happy girl. Lastly, I had an eye exam today. I'm not sure if you've had your eyes dilated lately, but it makes work exceptionally difficult. I am a total stoner, I have to hold my head about 3 inches from the computer screen and it looks like I have rosacea and forehead wrinkles. Great.
