1. The Girl drew a picture of Clover for me. I asked for one a while ago and I knew she was working on it. I LOVE it. Best gift ever!
3. Moleskine Daily Planner. I actually use this as a diary. This will be my first Daily Planner, I've been using the Weekly Planner. I've been reading my Grandma's journals and they inspired me to write my own. The Girl even asked me to start doing it so they can read them some day.
I love Moleskine products. They're simple and classic. I've carried a Moleskine notepad in my purse for years.
4. A new craft map with a magnifier. Yes, I'm an old lady... This was a gift from the Brown Eyed Man, but I actually bought it the day after Thanksgiving because I really wanted one and it was on sale. I even wrapped it.5. Chicks with Guns, by Lindsay McCrum. Here is her website: www.chickswithgunsbook.com This was a gift from my parents. I want want wanted it bad. It's so cool. I want several new guns now.
6. Candle Holders. I have been eye-balling these candle holders for a couple of years now. They are stupid expensive. When my In-Laws asked what I wanted I told them I wanted one of these but I didn't want the exact one in the picture because it was too expensive. So, my genius Father-in-Law took the photo, made a pattern and made me TWO of them! I just have to paint them myself which will make it even better. A joint project between the two of us! I also got the candles to go with.
7. Oregon Ducks Sweatshirt! My husband knows I love my Ducks. He knew I needed a new sweatshirt to wear on January 2nd when The Ducks play the Wisconsin Badgers. He won't tell me where he bought it and I can't find a picture of it online so instead, you will get a preview of what The Ducks will wear during the Rose Bowl. One thing I love about my team is that we wear a different uniform every game. I heard once that we have something like 82 possible uniform combinations. Yes, Phil Knight loves his Ducks too. People bitch about him giving so much to U of O, but I can't imagine them doing the same amount of bitching if he were from their school.
9. Berneice and Calvin gave me a slate cheese board from Brooklyn Slate Company. It comes with chalk so you can write what cheeses you have on the board.
They also know my love of Dala Horses so they gave me a set of Dala Horse pans with a recipe for Swedish Brownies.
Oh my gosh it was a great Christmas. As I go through this list and know that there were a lot more gifts than these, I feel like I was spoiled. I guess I deserve it!
