Last week I took a trip to visit one of our jobsites. It was near Oceanside, OR and on my way out I stopped and took this photo:
This is the Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge. http://www.fws.gov/oregoncoast/3archrocks/ I get to see so many great places as I travel throughout Oregon and Washington for my job. Sometimes I wish I could stop at all of the touristy places along the way. Most of the time I just barely have a chance to take the pictures. Instead I take really interesting pictures like this:

Well, as this post title promised, I will give you an update as to how fat I still am. I am still fat. The end. Clover and I managed to walk twice this week. 2 miles each time. Actually, I walked 2 miles. Clover ran about 45 miles in circles around me.
Last night I broke out the Zumba for Wii and confirmed that I am still just as white and uncoordinated as I've always been. Have you tried Zumba? It goes like this:

I look more like I'm having a seizure. I have NO rhythm. None. I was wheezing and stepping around and the dog thought we were playing. I barely made it 20 minutes on the "easy" setting. Easy for Jlo maybe. Not me.
I also saw a naturopath last week. We're waiting on 752 test results to see what's really wrong with me, but in the mean time, I am to limit my intake of white flour, white sugar and white rice. I'm also taking some Slippery Elm for acid reflux and Valerian Root tea to help me sleep. Guess what? Valerian root tea tastes like something that was filtered through an old sleeping bad.
I'm also supposed to cut back on coffee and try drinking tea. Today I had one that tasted something like a cross between bong-water and stale beer. Yum
Oh - and I've lost two pounds. Yay me... Gotta go, we're having birthday cake in the conference room. Now why can't I lose weight?
